Last Gasp 5K Trail Run

Dothan, Alabama, 2011  It was a crisp and cold day of the race.  Somewhere around 87 people showed up, despite the cold, and endured the 5K race to the end.  I wound up with the win and only 13 meters to spare coming up the last hill.  Sean Kent from Alabama was right on my tail.  He ended up running his best time ever for that hilly course (17:45).  My little sister, Caroline, also walked in the race and came in third overall for the walkers.  Here are the race results at dothanrunners.com, and last but not least the pictures.  Just like that.
